| A properly
fitted pouch is essential to minimize stomal and skin
irritation and to obtain optimum pouch wear time. Use
a Hollister Stoma Measuring Card (No. 906449), to measure
your stoma accurately. If you do not have a Hollister
Stoma Measuring Card, ask your nurse or physician to provide
one to you. You may also contact Hollister Limited
to request a Stoma Measuring Card (No. 906449). |

| After measuring your stoma accurately, select a skin
barrier with the smallest barrier opening that can fit
comfortably around your stoma — without actually touching
it. Too large an opening will leave skin exposed and
could lead to skin irritation or erosion. |
