I was surprised and excited about how open people across all levels and functions are to collaborating.  As a company, we need to collaborate to win and we do this in a way that I have not seen in other places.  We collectively focus on our shared long-term goals. 

When I meet people who use our products, they let me know how passionate they are about our company and how appreciative they are for the products, support, and services that we offer. It’s a good feeling and one of the many reasons why I like working at Hollister.
