I’d worked at other medical device companies for about 10 years when I got a call from a recruiter about Hollister. I knew a few people who worked there and spoke highly about the employee-owned benefits and they loved the culture. So I got my resume together, interviewed, and am happy to say that I started in 2009.

Hollister has great products that fit a niche. With the kind of health issues our customers have, it’s important that we provide the right products and services that meet their needs. Our company lives by its Immutable Principles, our guide for doing the right thing, and one of those principles is integrity. We act with integrity in how we sell our products and how we serve our customers. Hollister believes that if we take the high road, we will win business and sales will follow.

I’ve been fortunate to have great leadership here. Hollister doesn’t push you—they support you, keep you motivated and ask how you want to challenge yourself. We have discussions on career progression two to three times a year. I can’t imagine working at a better company.
