What attracted me to healthcare sales and to Hollister was that the products we sell make a difference in people’s lives. As a global, privately-owned company, Hollister is designing a lot of unique, innovative products, which is exciting. The company invests in its associates, too, and wants to help them grow.

When you’re new, you’re given a mentor, lots of training, and a there is a clinical team to help in your new role. The company offers classes and resources for both your professional and personal development. That’s probably what has helped me grow my sales territory every year. I’m still young and have a lot to figure out, but during these past three years at Hollister I’ve learned so much.

Hollister has strong moral values. We don’t just work to make a sale—we work to do the right thing to help the people who use our products have more rewarding and dignified lives. It’s a team effort that makes this company run so well—the atmosphere is genuine and open. I feel my opinion really matters here. My manager is always asking me what else I think we can do better. At Hollister we have many long-term associates in sales—and I can understand why.
