I joined Hollister more than eight years ago. I sought out a position with Hollister because of the company’s reputation and its culture. Helping to develop the sales organization is the most rewarding part of what I do. I have had the pleasure of hiring numerous associates, and I work closely with my team to help them realize their goals. We value our associates and work with them to create experiences that that help them grow in the company.
One of our cultural beliefs is personal accountability. While we all pull our own weight, we encourage and support each other. Individually, we all play a key part in bringing our culture to life. I am proud to be a part of Hollister. My opinions matter here and I get to do what I love and what I do best every day. How many people can say that?
