- Your clinician enrolls you in the program and sends your product prescription to an assigned Secure Start Continence Care Coordinator
- After enrollment, Hollister arranges for a customized sample kit to arrive at your home within 48 hours
- With your consent, a dedicated and knowledgeable Secure Start Continence Care Coordinator will contact you to answer your questions and provide you with assistance in finding a number of providers that meet your needs for your supplies, according to your insurance plan and personal choice
- Your Secure Start Continence Care Coordinator remains in contact with you following your return home after rehab or the urology clinic, offering product support and assistance
- You will have ongoing access to online information and printed educational booklets.
- You can opt to receive the Secure Start Continence Care Program email newsletter. The newsletter is filled with helpful information about living with a neurogenic bladder, spinal cord injury, or spina bifida, as well as product information and more
