This new company will begin operations in the United States on January 1, 2007. As equal partners in this alliance, both parent companies will share their respective strengths to ensure success of the new company. |

| Laboratoires URGO, a privately-held company with a dynamic presence in Europe and a strong commitment to quality and innovation, will provide a robust pipeline of advanced wound care products. |

| Through this alliance of two strong companies, Hollister Wound Care, LLC will provide healthcare professionals with advanced wound care products and services for the highest quality patient care. |

| IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS |
| There are four distinct and important changes |

| Many current wound care and skin care products from Hollister Incorporated should now be ordered using new six-digit stock numbers. |
|

| Six areas of Specialty Wound Care Products will continue to be available from Hollister Incorporated. These Specialty Wound Care Products will continue to utilize the current Hollister four-to-five digit stock codes, and include the following products: |

- Pressure Management products – Heelbo® and HeelBoot™ protection products
- Patient Safety products – Heelbo safety products
- Tube Fasteners – ETAD and other tube fasteners
- Wound Drainage Collectors
- Skin Care products – Skin Gel Protective Dressing Wipes
- Odor Management products – Odor Eliminator Spray

| The first phase of new Restore advanced wound care products from Hollister Wound Care, LLC will feature the patented TRIACT Technology. |

| The composition of the contact layer and foam products in this new range of products has the following advantages: |
|
- Creates a moist wound healing environment
- Dressings will not adhere to the wound bed, which helps to prevent damage to the wound and surrounding skin
- Helps to minimize pain at dressing changes
|
|
| In addition, some of the new Restore dressings with TRIACT™ Technology are available with silver — to provide the additional benefits of antimicrobial activity. |
|
|
|
|
| For our customers — both consumers and healthcare professionals — many current Hollister processes will be unchanged in conducting business with Hollister Wound Care, LLC. |
|
- The same Hollister sales representative, providing the same high quality customer service, will continue to be your contact for Hollister Wound Care products.
- You may continue to place your orders through the same well-established channels, and you may combine your Hollister Wound Care purchase orders with Hollister Ostomy Care, Continence Care, and MotherBaby Care products.
- Shipment of your orders will continue to be processed through the same channels of distribution, and one combined invoice will facilitate easy and cost-effective processing.
- Customer service for Hollister Wound Care products will continue to be available at 1-888-740-8999.
