I have learned and accomplished so much at Hollister in such a short time frame. I was first made aware of Hollister through associates who work here, people that I have previously worked with and respect. With over a decade of preceding experience in a major corporation and now being a mum of two young children, I had to choose a role that I would really enjoy. I soon realized Hollister was a perfect fit for me, in terms of where I am in my career and personal life.

Working here is dynamic and fast-moving, and I feel that my career has been taken seriously from day one. For example, I was recently part of a successful product launch where I quickly realized that the Hollister culture is fearless. We actively listen to nurses and end users, and are encouraged to have open and candid dialogues. We are never afraid to make changes if it results in a better product. 

Dedication to constant improvement and superior quality that isn’t constrained by profit is unique to Hollister.  It is driven by a passion to develop quality products and serve our customers. I love our founder John Dickinson Schneider’s business philosophy and I try and live it every day: “Only first class is good enough.”

Our Immutable Principles are the  fundamental strength of our company. These principles define what it means to be an Associate. For me, all of them resonate, but Integrity most of all. The company stands by its business decisions with a constant focus on the long-term. I’ve found this gives us real credibility with our customers.
