Our 2022 Sustainability Report is interwoven with each of our Immutable Principles – Dignity of the Person, Service, Integrity, and Stewardship – and demonstrates our progress and the crucial work that lies ahead. Click here to read the full Sustainability Report. Some of the highlights include: 


 We reduced Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (indirect emissions from purchased electricity) greenhouse gas emissions intensity across our manufacturing sites by more than 30% (market-based) from 2019 baseline year

We reduced Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions intensity across distribution sites by 6% (market-based) from 2019 baseline year

We diverted 75% of total waste from landfill 

We proudly launched our first Employee Resource Group, the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland

Our unwavering focus on safety led to the launch of a Hand Safety Program, which resulted in a Hollister-best safety performance rate (OSHA recordable injury rate improved to 0.81)

Reflecting our commitment to giving back, we provided more than $1.2M to nonprofit partners in 2022, including ongoing investment in Adapted Athletics
