Hollister partners with Medical Monks,  a trusted organization that can supply your products outside your insurance plan, or if you are uninsured.

Know your rights

You have a say in the products you use and the right to receive those specific products when you place an order. Below is information that may be helpful. 

 

Your ostomy products have a billing code or Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code assigned to them and are not tied to a specific brand. These codes are used by your insurance company to categorize products and set payment rates.

 

Regardless of the brand of products you use, your insurance plan will provide a standard payment to your supplier based on the HCPCS code.

 

If your supplier switches you from your preferred products to other products without your consent, please contact Secure Start℠ services at 888.808.7456 to learn about your options.
