Ari Mintzer joined Hollister Incorporated in March 2026 as General Counsel of The Firm of John Dickinson Schneider, Inc., Hollister’s parent company. As global chief legal advisor, he guides the CEO, executive team and Board of Directors on legal strategy, risk management, corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Most recently, Ari was a corporate partner at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC. He has also held senior legal roles at Illinois Tool Works, Inc., Baxter International and Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. Earlier in his career, he practiced corporate law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, and he began his professional career at Wells Fargo Capital Finance.
Ari earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
