Hollister Incorporated Wound Care Communication - July 23rd

Dear Valued Customer, 

Earlier this year Hollister Incorporated informed you of our decision to no longer pursue a path forward to build the Wound Care business. During this time, we continued to seek out partners for our differentiated wound care products who will carry on the mission of delivering these high-quality products to our customers. 

With this in mind, we are writing to inform you that SteadMed Medical has been selected to become the distributor of the TRIACT and Restore products with TRIACT Technology and the transition of this portfolio has begun. 

In an effort to minimize disruptions during this transition period, Hollister and SteadMed will work closely together and have agreed to the following for the remainder of 2018:

• Products: There will be no changes to product codes (SKU), box quantity or box dimensions.  Please find below a list of the products to be transitioned.
• Ordering: You will continue to order TRIACT and Restore products with TRIACT Technology as you do today. For any questions regarding orders please contact Hollister Customer Service at 1.800.323.4060.
• Contracts:  Existing Hollister contract agreements for these products remain in effect. 
• Product Support:  Product in-servicing and support will transition to SteadMed field sales personnel.  During this transition period, product support needs may be directed to info@steadmed.com or by calling 1.855.888.8273.

Over the coming months you will receive additional updates on the transition and what to expect in 2019.  

The Hollister Incorporated Ostomy and Continence product businesses are unaffected by the Wound Care business transition. You can continue to expect, and we will continue to deliver, high-quality service and support of these products.
