We are proud to share the fifth annual Hollister Incorporated Sustainability Report (Report). Drawing on global data and stories from across our organization, the Report highlights the meaningful progress we made in 2025 and the work that remains ahead.

Highlights from the 2025 Hollister Sustainability Report
People
- Launched a global Stop Work Authority program, empowering Associates to immediately pause operations when they identify unsafe conditions or quality concerns
- Reduced the total recordable incident rate by 12.5% compared with 2024
- Introduced global human rights training for all Associates through the company’s Learning Management System
Planet
- Reached 100% renewable electricity at our facilities in Roosendaal, Netherlands, and Kaunas, Lithuania
- Reduced combined Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 emissions by 10% from our 2022 baseline, with our 2025 emissions inventory independently verified through external assurance
- Diverted 71% of waste from landfill across our global operations through site-led recycling and recovery efforts
- Completed our first climate risk assessment aligned with IFRS S2
Product
- Earned certification under the Data Privacy Framework, supporting data transfers from the EU, UK, and Switzerland to the U.S.
- Successfully completed ISO 27001 and System and Organization Controls 2 compliance audits for U.S. Hollister Secure StartSM services, helping protect customer data and maintain trust
- Marked a major product sustainability milestone as the Dansac NovaLife TRETM Black Pouch received a prestigious GOOD DESIGN® Award from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design
